Yantra Effect Man .Tantric Talismans or Amulets
Yantras are mystical amulets or talismans which have the power to ward off evil influences of planets and other hidden energies. Yantras give protection to the native . The Yantra is made powerful by an adept well versed in Tantra, a discipline as great as Yoga, who imparts Pranic Energy to the Amulet after worshipping it with the prescribed mantras. Philosophically, yantras are masterpieces and master plans of Manifestation. They are the symbols of the Absolute Self, when the Self is worshipped through geometrical patterns. The Divine Geometricises & here the Divine Self is centrallised through triangular, circular & rectangular patterns. Deity has been defined as the Great Geometer. When Yantras are worn, the adverse forces cannot operate within or outside the native. In Yogic Psychology, the main enemies of man are the inner enemies - viz Lust, greed, anger, jealousy, pride, sloth & gluttony. These hostile forces cannot dominate when a good & powerful Yantra is worn. The outer negative influences are also counteracted by Yantras. Hence spiritual sadhana becomes smooth and one reaches the Goal of Life by the principle of frictionless flow. This is the famous Sudarshana Yantra, which can destroy enemies and redeem lost wealth. Ever since I started wearing it, my business trebled and one enemy was completely wiped out !

Praanapratisthaa: Infusing vital energy into the Yantra
You are already fully prepared for starting the sacred Yantra. As I said previously, the Yantra is a machine of meditation. You will use the Shrii Yantra now, which has already been placed over its seat and duly purified by you through Yantrapuujaa. There are various methods to start the machine, but the important point is that you must be entirely conscious of your own Self or Shivá in order to start the Yantra properly. The preparations you did have been a way to make sure that you will be absolutely engrossed in the identification with Shivá at the moment of the starting. If your mind roams and your ego is worried about some trivialities --as usual-- at that moment, you will fail to start the Shrii Yantra, and so the subsequent ritual will be of no use. Even though there are several appropriate methods, as I said, you will use this one now: "Take a flower, and exhale some air over it while mentally repeating Om (or any other auspicious Mántra) five times. Your mind must be completely onepointed on the inner Witness or Shivá as the mental Jápa goes on. Then, place that flower on the center of the Yantra". This is the simple external ceremony to activate the machine of meditation. As I said before, the Yantra is not started by the energized flower but by force of your self-consciousness at the moment you perform the external ceremony. Specially, you must be completely concentrated when you put the flower on the center of the Yantra because when you do that what you are really doing is becoming conscious of your own Self or Shivá (the inner Witness), who is the Center of all. The external rite must be always accompanied by a concordant internal consciousness. If you mind is not there, your performance of the external ritual is practically useless. The same truth may be applied to any yogic practice (e.g. if you perform a Mudraa with your fingers and at the same time your mind is roaming about worldly affairs, you are only holding bones). The term "pratisthaa" means "setting up" in this context, and the meaning of the word "praaná" is "vital energy". Thus, the Praanapratisthaa ceremony is a "setting up of the vital energy". Praaná is contained in the air that is exhaled over the flower. Then, that flower which has been filled with vital energy is placed on the center of the Yantra. As a matter of fact, this act is merely a symbol of an internal process in which your mind becomes onepointed on the inner Self (Shivá), as I explained above. This realization of your own divinity, if performed adequately, puts the Yantric machine into motion. When the Yantra is properly started, you can rest assured that the Yajñá is on the right track. By means of Praanapratisthaa, the seed of of a Higher Consciousness is sown. As the ritual goes on, that seed will begin growing into the Divine Creeper which grants the desired fruit. Let the desired fruit be the achievement of Moksa or Final Emancipation! www.dhyansanjivani.org
Yantra puja: Purification of the Yantra
Puujaa is really "worship" but here it is translated as "purification". This word (purification) is used in the sense of a purificatory adoration. And this purificatory adoration is lastly a realization. Everything is already completely pure. Nothing is actually to be purified in this ritual. As everything is Your own Self, it is immaculate. There is no need to clean that which is already clean. This kind of "clean" consciousness is vital. If you fail to keep it throughout the ritual, this one will be unfruitful. The notion of something being impure results from the operation of the Mála-s (Aanavamala, Kaarmamala and Maayiiyamala --Vide Triká 4--) and these already have eradicated when you performed the ceremony of tying the higher knot. At the moment you tied the knot, Aanavamala was loosened and consequently the remaining two Mála-s were loosened too. So, to insert notions of impurity on this level is contradictory. In fact, once you have realized who You are, you cannot see impurity anywhere. The notion of something being impure is simply that, "a notion", which has been dissipated by the right knowledge gained through the performance of this tantric ritual. Impurity and purity are the two sides of an only coin known as Shivá. Shivá is both impurity and purity, and He is beyond this pair of opposites too. And Shivá is You. Now you take a little pot, pour some water into it and place your hand over while pronouncing Om (or any other propitious Mántra) twenty-seven times. Then, you sprinkle that very water over the accessories (flowers, etc.). Afterwards, you sprinkle it over the base or seat on which you will place the Yantra as well as over the ground where the Yajñá or ritual is being performed. After that, the Yantra itself is to be sprinkled over. The process is not merely one of sprinkling some energized water (via Mántra-s) over those objects at all. It is much deeper and subtler indeed. Pay attention: 1) While repeating Om (or any other adequate Mántra) 27 times, you must consider the water to be symbolic of Truth, Pure Consciousness and Absolute Love. The water is not rigid but it takes on the form of the recipient containing it. You must feel that You are the water of Truth, which is to be sprinkled over various sacred objects. Truth is Pure Love, and this Love is not stiff but flexible. 2) While sprinkling the water over the accessories, seat, ground and Yantra, you are pouring Love into the them. As the Yantra is nothing but a representation of the manifested universe, what you are actually doing is to pour Love into the entire Manifestation. This process of transferring Love or Truth is easy to be performed and does not need ostentatious acts really. It is just a humble surrender to the Absolute by identifying yourself with Him. This understanding must pervade your whole being while doing Yantrapuujaa. Therefore, you sprinkle the water of Truth and Love over all those sacred objects and simultaneously a higher state of consciousness is revealed for you. You feel that those objects are not different from You in the least. When this consciousness of Unity has taken firm root in you, you may advance to the next stage. www.sanskrit-sanscrito.comwww.dhyansanjivani.org

Recite Agni mantra to improve dissimulation in your body, work of all organs and for overall vitality. Combine this mantra with some exercise to loose wait fast and in the most spiritual way. Energy of fire correspond to vision and eyes, so this mantra will improve your sight. Fire has a special meaning in life. When you are full of fire, or passion, you posses that brilliant energy that attracts luck and makes you a winner. Veda say : "Through Agni one may win wealth, and grow from day to day, glorious and most abounding in heroic sons", 1.1.3 Inner fire gives you magnetic beauty, beautiful complexion and perfect body. Agni is called a flash-eating fire, representing metabolism in the body and purification from toxins. Hot spices carry the energy of fire, you can add them into your diet, but be careful, don't burn yourself out completely. He is a purifier of the subtle energy around and within you. Fire needs two things to exist: fuel, that is, food in case of body and oxygen. To maintain a good, healthy fire the balance between two have to be kept. Too much food, not enough air or inability to spend the excessive energy cause fire to go bad or stagnant. Excess of "bad" or stale fire in your body will cause anger, impatience, jealousy, bad temper, eating disorders and problems with heart and kidneys. Metabolism that is too intensive will burn too much fat and it will be difficult for you to gain weight. Before you eat your food, make an offering to your personal Agni, that represented by acid in your digestive tract. Offer the food you about to eat to him to make sure he will accept it , that is, digest it well. If he will not, you'll end up with fat that will be very difficult to get rid off. Problems with too much acid result from eccessive fire of from foods that you personal Agni would not accept. Therefore, you have to be sensible about your food and communicate to your inner fire before you eat to make sure this would be the right food. Too much fire in your body can result not only as burning sensations in your digestive tract, but as bad temper, irritate, rushing and laud appearance. You will notice that people like this are usually fat as well. This is a typical Agni disorder, being "fat and furious". If you have such disorder, get in touch with your inner fire and balance it with help of Agni Gayatri. You can extinguish too much fire and bring it to balance with other elements in your body by adding water (see Varuna Gayatri). Take cool shower, drink some water or recite a Varuna mantra. Another way to control fire is to bring more air element in your body through conscious breathing exercises, jugging outdoors or yoga. Air feeds fire, that burns the toxins and leave you pure and calm. Good fire is a laughter and sparkles in your eyes. You'll be able to play with your fire safely, using it for positive purposes: to gain beauty, money and success. Fire have very important ritual significance of purification in every occasions of life or death. In both ancient Hindu and Slavic traditions, cremation was the way dead people was purified, the soul is freed to go to heaven. By means of fire, the remainings of the body were given back to sky, earth or water the elements it came from. When Indian couple get married, they go around the fire 7 times hand to hand, this ritual symbolizes their new union that begins pure. In esoteric perspective, Agni is a messenger between Gods and people, and the god of Sacrifice. By means of fire communication between Gods and people is made easy in every culture - that's why we burn candle when we pray in church or home, during pagan festivals or making a magic spell. The Rig Veda denotes: "only that one (Agni) goes to the Gods"So, Agni is a messenger between people and God. When Agni becomes a priest, the messenger - his robes are both the flames and prayers. His parents are sky and earth, he is also considered to be a grandson of waters- because trees born from water and fire born from trees. So, they say, Agni is born in the water, wearing garment of gold, he give riches to his worshippers. The Mundaka Upanishads says "The dancing flames of the sacred fire are seven: the black, the terrific, that which is swift in mind, that which is dark with smoke, the deep red, the spark-blazing and the luminous omniformed flame." And than it gives some technical details: "If a man begins his sacrifice when the flames are luminous, than the holy offerings lead him on the rays of the sun where the Lord of all Gods has his high dwelling". In other words, if you want your wishes to reach heaven and be heard, offer into the luminous flames. Now, when you want to invoke other kind of forces, offer to the black or the terrific flames, but remember: what you create will hit you back. "Unsafe are the eighteen books where the lower actions are explained". Evil wishes will be granted, but this path leads to hell. Pray to Agni if you need your message to be delivered to any other God effectively. When Agni is pleased, you and Gods have a "good fire" - and they bring us what we wish for. So, this communication has tree aspects: between you and fire, or Agni, between fire and Gods, and between you and Gods when they rejoice from good fire. All rites of worship in India begin with the worship to Fire God first to ensure successful ceremony. Worshiping Agni along is a form of very powerful magic. Vishnu Puran claims that Agni is the eldest son of Brahma. His wife is Svaha, that correspond to the word Amen in catholic prayers, that send every prayer to heaven - just like by means of fire your offerings and prayers are sent to God. www.goddessherself.com www.dhyansanjivani.orgyantraguru@hotmail.com
Cool Yantra Centering Your Body and Your Mind - How-To
by Marian Wolfe DixonCentering is a process of finding the source of strength, clarity, and peace within. It is a way of focusing, of gathering your energy into a point so that you can channel it more easily into any activity you choose. Centering creates higher levels of awareness and enhances your ability to discover what is most important and meaningful to you. When you are centered, you feel calm, quiet, strong, secure, balanced, and present in the moment. Simple Solution: Learn here how to center your body and your mind, it will come in useful! Exercise to center the body. With eyes closed, gently rock from side to side, from one foot to the other. Use this pendulum motion to help find just the right point of balance for your body. Allow the head to rock until it finds a balance, too. Gradually slow the motion until the body is still, feeling the balance of the head on top of the cervical vertebrae. Concentrate on the pelvis acting as an anchor for the body, with the legs grounding the body to the earth, and the spine resting on top of the pelvis. Feel the spine in alignment, and the head resting on top of the spine. Focus on the shoulder blades and feel them like a crossbar, balanced off the spine. There is no need to hold the shoulders; they are balanced from the spine, and the arms fall in relaxation from the shoulders. How does it feel to find your center this way? Exercise to center your mind. This is adapted from “Creating a Sanctuary,” by Shakti Gawain. Close your eyes and relax in a comfortable position. Imagine yourself in some beautiful natural environment. Think of any place that appeals to you. . . a meadow, mountaintop, forest, or ocean. It could even be under the sea or on another planet. Wherever you go, it should feel comfortable, peaceful, and pleasant. Explore the environment, noticing sights, sounds, smells, and tastes, along with any other impressions. Do whatever you like to make the place more homelike and comfortable. You might want to surround the area with a bubble of safety, rearrange the setting for more convenience, or perform a ritual to establish this as your special place. You can come to this center anytime that you like. All you need to is close your eyes and imagine it. You may want to change your center from time to time, or you may find that it seems to spontaneously evolve on its own. www.dhyansanjivani.orgyantraguru@hotmail.com
